Draft Barnstable Urbanized Area (UZA) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU):Staff will describe and the Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning (“MPO”) may vote to adopt the draft Barnstable UZA MOU which includes an updated reference to the Massachusetts Air Quality Transportation Conformity MOU dated September 16, 2019.  
  6. Federal Fiscal Years (October 1 – September 30) 2020-2024 Transportation Improvement Program (“TIP”) Amendment #2:Staff will describe, and the MPO may vote to release for public comment draft Amendment #2 which would add funding recently awarded through the Community Transit Grant Program to the TIP.
  7. Federal Fiscal Year (“FFY”) 2021 Unified Planning Work Program (“UPWP”) Development: Staff will describe the process for developing the 2021 UPWP and ask the MPO for suggestions of potential tasks and studies for inclusion in the 2021 UPWP.
  8. Revised TIP Project Evaluation Criteria:Staff will describe, and the MPO may vote to adopt, revised project evaluation criteria for the selection of TIP projects beginning with the FFY 2021-2025 TIP.
  9. FFY 2021-2025 TIP Development:Staff will describe the process for developing the FFY 2021-2025 TIP and identify transportation projects across Cape Cod that are eligible to funded through the TIP.
  10. Sidewalk Maintenance: The MPO will discuss the importance of and challenges associated with sidewalk maintenance, particularly on state-owned roads across Cape Cod.
  11. Reports: Massachusetts Department of Transportation staff willdiscuss the status of the Transportation Improvement Program projects. Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority and Cape Cod Commission staff will report on recent and upcoming transportation initiatives across Cape Cod.
  12. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
