2. Draft 2025 Regional Policy Plan Update: Cape Cod Commission staff will provide a brief update on the 2025 Regional Policy Plan update process to date and describe the next steps in the process, including a description of how public comments received to date will be considered for potential incorporation into the 2025 Regional Policy Plan update. The subcommittee members will discuss the presented information and may ask questions of staff.
3. Draft 2025 Regional Policy Plan Technical Bulletins: Cape Cod Commission staff will provide an overview of the Draft 2025 Regional Policy Plan Technical Bulletins, which correspond with each of the fourteen goals of the 2025 Draft Regional Policy Plan and primarily are to be utilized during Development of Regional Impact review. Staff will review the draft bulletins in the Regional Policy Plan issue areas of: Community Design, Capital Facilities and Infrastructure, Transportation, Energy, Waste Management, Cultural Heritage, Economy, and Housing. Subcommittee members will have an opportunity to discuss and ask questions about the presented draft technical bulletins. Staff will present the Technical Bulletins that correspond with the remaining Regional Policy Plan issue areas at a future meeting.
