1. Attendance/Roll Call
2. Approval of prior meeting minutes: 3/19/25
3. Overview of the Regional Policy Plan Update Process – Cape Cod Commission staff (staff) will provide a brief overview of the process undertaken to date to update the 2018 Regional Policy Plan (RPP) and review anticipated future milestones in that RPP update process.
4. Measuring Performance – Staff will review and discuss the impacts of local and regional initiatives on regional performance measures identified in the 2018 Regional Policy Plan. Members will have an opportunity to discuss and ask questions.
5. Potential Changes – Staff will review potential amendments to the 2018 Regional Policy Plan (RPP), including new recommended actions for the Cape Cod region moving forward. Members will have an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on recommended changes to be included in the 2025 RPP.
6. Next Steps – Staff will review the next steps in the Regional Policy Plan update process.
