HYBRID PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
CAPE COD COMMISSION
The Cape Cod Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing on the following Project on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in person (continued from February 12, 2026) (at the Mary Pat Flynn Conference Room, 3195 Main Street, Barnstable, MA 02630) and virtually (online and by telephone). The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the Commission will hear testimony, discuss the project and may then vote on the Project.

- Project Description: The project proposes to redevelop the former police station property into a 40-unit home-ownership residential development, including below market value units. The project proposes to construct a new 4-story building of approximately 30,000 square feet and associated site improvements.
Note: The hearing will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and virtually, with some members participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025.

The DRI application including a map showing the location of the subject property and other project materials may be accessed for review at www.capecodcommission.org/meeting-notices and is also available for public inspection at the Commission’s office by appointment.
