CAPE COD COMMISSION
A subcommittee of the Cape Cod Commission will hold a public hearing on the following Project on Thursday, January 29, 2025 at 3:00 pm at Provincetown Town Hall, Judge Welsh Room, 260 Commercial St, Provincetown, MA 02657, (continued from Monday, December 22, 2025). The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the Commission will hear testimony, discuss the project and may then vote on the Project.

- Project Description: The Project proposes redevelopment of a site containing commercial and residential buildings and a historic pier in Provincetown Harbor. The mixed-use Project will include hotel rooms, residential condominiums, restaurants, bars, event space, retail space, and a new publicly accessible pier.
All interested persons will have an opportunity to comment at the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted by mail to the Cape Cod Commission, P.O. Box 226, 3225 Main St. Barnstable, MA 02630 or online using the form located at https://capecodcommission.org/comment. The DRI application including a map showing the location of the subject property and other project materials may be accessed for review at www.capecodcommission.org/projects and is also available for public inspection at the Commission’s office during normal business hours.
