NOTICE- VIRTUAL PRO-FORMA HEARING
CAPE COD COMMISSION
A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a pro-forma hearing on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. on the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI): Centerville Gardens Wireless Communications Facility, File No. 22006, proposed by Crown Castle, Inc to construct a 110’ above ground level monopole with collocation capacity for at least four wireless communications service providers at 36 Wequaquet Lane Centerville and 1060 Falmouth Road Hyannis 02632. The hearing will be held virtually pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, An Act Relative to Extending Certain Covid-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency. The purpose of this hearing is to open the DRI public hearing period on the matter.
