PRO FORMA HEARING: Cape Cod Commission
NOTICE- VIRTUAL PRO-FORMA HEARING
CAPE COD COMMISSION
A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a pro-forma hearing on Monday March 14, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. on the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI): Vineyard Wind Connector 2 (CCC File No: 22005), proposed by Park City Wind, LLC, which has a planned landfall in Barnstable, MA. The hearing will be held virtually pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, An Act Relative to Extending Certain Covid-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency, signed into law on June 16, 2021. The purpose of this hearing is to open the DRI public hearing period on the matter.
