PRO FORMA HEARING: Cape Cod Commission
NOTICE- VIRTUAL PRO-FORMA HEARING
CAPE COD COMMISSION
A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a pro-forma hearing on Friday, February 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. on the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI): Proposed development of Phases 7, 8 and 9 of the Town of Bourne Integrated Solid Waste Management Facility (File No: 20064), 201 MacArthur Blvd, Bourne, MA 02535. The hearing will be held virtually pursuant to Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law dated March 12, 2020. The purpose of this hearing is to open the DRI public hearing period on the matter.
