Mashpee Commons Development Agreement

The Cape Cod Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. in the East Wing Conference Room, Barnstable County Complex, 3195 Main Street, Barnstable, MA 02630 on a Notice of Intent to Enter into a Development Agreement submitted by Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership pursuant to Section 5 of Chapter D of the Cape Cod Commission Regulations of General Application, Development Agreement Regulations Governing the Provisions for Development Agreements, Barnstable County Ordinance 92-1, as amended. The Notice of Intent relates to land of approximately 186.67 acres in the Town of Mashpee, including land currently occupied by the so-called “Mashpee Commons” development addressed as 22 Steeple Street, Mashpee, MA 02649. At this hearing, the Commission may vote to determine whether the development contemplated and discussed in the Notice of Intent is suitable to be the subject of a development agreement with the Cape Cod Commission.
