HEARING NOTICE: Cape Cod Hospital New Tower
A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a pro-forma hearing on Friday, November, 8, 2019, 10:00 a.m. at the Cape Cod Commission offices, 3225 Main Street, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA 02630 to open the public hearing period on the following Project, which has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Section 3 of the Cape Cod Commission’s Chapter A: Enabling Regulations Governing Review of Developments of Regional Impact, as amended.

Project Description: Proposed multi-story building addition at the southwest corner of the existing
Cape Cod Hospital building, with associated site work and improvements. The addition is proposed to house, among other hospital uses, a new cancer center. NOTE: This proceeding is for procedural purposes only: there will be no presentations, testimony or substantive action taken. When a substantive hearing on the Project has been scheduled, Notice of such hearing will be provided at that time.
