CAPE COD COMMISSION
A subcommittee of the Cape Cod Commission will hold a public hearing on the following Project on Monday, February 2, 2026 @ 5:00pm at Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Room, 16 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, MA 02649. The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the Commission will hear testimony, discuss the project and may then vote on the Project.

- Project Applicant: Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless
- Property Owner: Verizon New England, Inc.
- Project Location: 524 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee
- Map/Parcel: Map 67, Lot 4
- Project Description: The Project proposes installation of a new personal wireless service facility including a 130 ft tall monopole tower and associated ground equipment.
All interested persons will have an opportunity to comment at the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted by mail to the Cape Cod Commission, P.O. Box 226, 3225 Main St. Barnstable, MA 02630 or online using the form located at https://capecodcommission.org/comment. The DRI application including a map showing the location of the subject property and other project materials may be accessed for review at www.capecodcommission.org/projects and is also available for public inspection at the Commission’s office during normal business hours.
