PROFORMA HEARING: The Hyannisport Club, Marchant House
A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a pro-forma hearing on Monday, November, 18, 2019, 10:00 a.m. at the Cape Cod Commission offices, 3225 Main Street, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA 02630 to open the public hearing period on the following Project, which has been accepted for review by the Cape Cod Commission as a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) upon the Limited Discretionary Referral from the Barnstable Historical Commission pursuant to Section 2(b) of the Cape Cod Commission’s Chapter A: Enabling Regulations Governing Review of Developments of Regional Impact, as amended.
- Project: The Hyannisport Club-Proposed Building Demolition (CCC File No. 19023)
- Location: 2 Irving Avenue, Hyannisport, MA 02647 (Assessors Map 266 Parcel 31)
- Project Description: Proposed demolition of the circa 1750s “Marchant House” located on the grounds of The Hyannisport Club
NOTE: This proceeding is for procedural purposes only: there will be no presentations, testimony or substantive action taken. When a substantive hearing on the Project has been scheduled, Notice of such hearing will be provided at that time.
