The Cape Cod Commission will hold a continued public hearing Thursday, May 14, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. on the following project, which the Commission is reviewing as a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act (as amended). At this hearing, the Commission may vote and decide on the project, including adoption of a draft written DRI decision for the project.
Pursuant to Governor Baker’s Executive Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting law dated March 12, 2020, the Cape Cod Commission will hold this hearing by virtual means.

Project Description: Proposed 5.6 +/- megawatt ground-mounted solar photovoltaic installation on an undeveloped approximate 18 acre parcel of land
