Pursuant to Governor Baker’s Executive Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting law dated March 12, 2020, the Cape Cod Commission will hold a virtual Subcommittee Meeting on the following Project Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 4:00 PM
- Project: AMP Energy Sandwich
- Project Applicant: ASD Cotuit MA Solar LLC
- Project Site/Location: 180 Cotuit Rd, Sandwich MA (Assessors Map 13, Parcel 44)
- Project Description: Proposed 5.6 +/- megawatt ground-mounted solar photovoltaic installation on an undeveloped approximate 18 acre parcel of land
- Roll Call
- Review and approval of subcommittee minutes from February 27, 2020 & March 12, 2020
- Subcommittee discussion: Members will discuss the project and potentially vote to make a recommendation to the full Cape Cod Commission on the project.
