DRI Exemption: Southwind Plaza ANR

Virtual Public Hearing


The Cape Cod Commission will hold a virtual public hearing Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.  to consider the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Exemption request submitted pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Cape Cod Commission Act and Section 7 of the Enabling Regulations Governing Review of Developments of Regional Impact, as amended.  At this hearing, the Commission will assemble the record, review the proposed development, discuss the following project and may decide and vote on whether the project qualifies for a DRI Exemption.

Note:  The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023 .

The public can join and participate in the meeting using one of the following methods:

All interested persons will have an opportunity to present data, views and arguments at the hearing.  Written comments may also be submitted by mail to the Cape Cod Commission, P.O. Box 226, 3225 Main St. Barnstable, MA 02630 or online using the form located at The DRI Exemption application including a map showing the location of the subject property and other project materials may be accessed for review at and is also available for public inspection at the Commission’s office during normal business hours.
