Note: The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and virtually, with some members participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025.

- Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on recent staff work including the Cape Cod Commission 2025 Year in Review and the Eastham Climate Action Plan, and their participation in meetings across Cape Cod.
- Public Hearing, Wychmere Hotel Expansion Development of Regional Impact (Cape Cod Commission file no. 25026): TheCape Cod Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing on the following Project. The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the Cape Cod Commission will hear testimony, discuss the project and may vote whether to approve or deny the Project.

- Project Description: The Applicant proposes to redevelop the existing hotel by razing the existing 32-room hotel (+/- 34,860-sf) and replace it with a 72-room hotel +/- (75,322-sf). The proposal also includes a new wastewater treatment facility and updates to site parking and circulation, stormwater management, landscaping, and pedestrian infrastructure.
