Note: The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and virtually, with some members participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025.

3. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: Cape Cod Commission meetings, 9/25/25 & 10/16/25
4. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on recent staff work and participation in meetings across Cape Cod, including their work on the 2025 Draft Regional Policy Plan and their corresponding Technical Bulletins.
5. Technical Bulletins: Cape Cod Commission staff will review Draft Technical Bulletins, which correspond with the fifteen goals of the Draft 2025 Regional Policy Plan, are primarily utilized during Development of Regional Impact review, and which have been revised as appropriate in response to public comment, in the Regional Policy Plan issue areas of: Coastal Resiliency, Climate Change, Ocean Resources, Open Space, Water Resources, Wetlands Resources, Wildlife and Plant Habitat, Community Design, Capital Facilities and Infrastructure, Transportation, Energy, Waste Management, Cultural Heritage, Economy, and Housing. Cape Cod Commission members may discuss these updated bulletins and ask questions.
6. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
