7/31/25 Regional Policy Plan Subcommittee Hearing (Eastham Public Library, Eastham, MA) - Vote to release for public comment: Technical Bulletins to the Draft 2025 Regional Policy Plan
Cape Cod Commission staff will provide an overview of the Draft 2025 Regional Policy Plan Technical Bulletins, which correspond with each of the fifteen goals of the Draft 2025 Regional Policy Plan and primarily are to be utilized during Development of Regional Impact review. Staff will review the draft bulletins in the Regional Policy Plan issue areas of: Coastal Resiliency, Climate Change, Ocean Resources, Open Space, Water Resources, Wetlands Resources, Wildlife and Plant Habitat, Community Design, Capital Facilities and Infrastructure, Transportation, Energy, Waste Management, Cultural Heritage, Economy, and Housing. Cape Cod Commission members may discuss and ask questions about the presented draft technical bulletins and may vote whether to release the draft Technical Bulletins for a 45-day public comment period. - Public Hearing and Potential Vote on Cape Cod Country Club Solar Development of Regional Impact: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on the following Project continued from August 4, 2025. The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the Cape Cod Commission will discuss the following project and may vote whether to adopt a draft decision and either approve or deny the proposed Development of Regional Impact.

- Project Description: The Project proposes a large-scale ground mounted solar array on the existing Cape Cod Country Club golf course property.
