- Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
- Vote to extend Regional Policy Plan public comment period: The Cape Cod Commission will vote whether to extend the 60-day public comment period for the draft 2025 Regional Policy Plan for an additional 30 days.
- Public Hearing: Eastham District of Critical Planning Concern, Amendments to Implementing Regulations: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing to consider, pursuant to Sections 10 and 11 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, whether the June 2025 amendments to the Implementing Regulations for the Eastham District of Critical Planning Concern (“DCPC”), known as the Eastham Corridor Special District, are consistent with the Implementing Guidelines for the District as outlined in Barnstable County Ordinance 17-12, dated November 1, 2017. The Implementing Regulations were adopted on May 7, 2018, and amended in 2018, 2022, and February 2025. The Town of Eastham further amended the Implementing Regulations in June 2025 to change the use and dimensional tables for the Trade Park District as follows: prohibit Mixed Use Building/Development and Multi-family Dwelling as principal uses; allow Multi-family Dwellings as an accessory use; and remove the requirement for Outdoor Amenity Spaces. At this hearing, the Commission will take public testimony on the June 2025 amendments, discuss the record, and vote whether to certify that the June 2025 amendments to the Implementing Regulations are consistent with the Guidelines for the Eastham District of Critical Planning Concern.
- Public Hearing: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing on the following Project. (continued from Monday, July 21, 2025) The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At this hearing, the Commission will discuss the following project and may vote whether to adopt a draft decision and either approve or deny the proposed Development of Regional Impact.
