AGENDA: Cape Cod Commission

Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended.

    • 35 Scudder Residential Community Subcommittee Meetings:  12/20/22 & 1/5/23

  3. Executive Director’s Report ─ Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
  4. Public Hearing and Potential Vote on Development Agreement for 35 Scudder Residential Community, Hyannis, MA: The Cape Cod Commission will take testimony, discuss the Project, and review the draft Development Agreement recommended by the 35 Scudder Residential Community subcommittee in accordance with Chapter D of the Cape Cod Commission Regulations of General Application, Development Agreement Regulations Governing the Provision for Development Agreements. The Cape Cod Commission, at its discretion, may vote whether to approve and authorize its signature to a Development Agreement with Quarterra Multifamily Communities, LLC f/k/a Lennar Multifamily Communities, LLC as regards the following Project: 
    • Project:  35 Scudder Residential Community (CCC File No: 20065) 
    • Project Applicants: Quarterra Multifamily Communities, LLC f/k/a Lennar Multifamily Communities, LLC 
    • Project Location: 35 Scudder Avenue, Barnstable (Hyannis), MA 02647 (Assessors Map 289 Parcel 110) 
    • Project Description: Proposed residential development of approximately 312 units with supporting improvements and amenities to be located on a portion of the property, which is currently developed with a golf course

Anyone wishing to testify orally on any aspect of the proposed Project, including but not limited to the Development Agreement, will be welcome to do so.  Written comments may also be submitted by email prior to the hearing to regulatory@capecodcommission.org. Project documents, including the application, Development Agreement, and a map showing the location of the Project may be accessed at www.capecodcommission.org/ccc.

5. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
