Cape Cod Commission Meeting Agenda

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s Executive Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting law dated March 12, 2020, the Cape Cod Commission will hold a continued the public hearing on the Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Exemption request, originally scheduled for Thursday, April 2, 2020, on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. 

Members of the public can join the meeting using one of the following methods:

• Going online to capecodcommission.org/ccc and clicking on “Join Virtual Meeting.” Participants wishing to speak should click “Participants” icon on the lower toolbar and then click “Raise Hand” in the dialog box to notify the chair. The chair will recognize participants.
• Calling in to (929) 205-6099 and entering meeting ID 993 0565 1590. Participants wishing to speak should press *9 to notify the chair. The chair will recognize participants. Press *6 to unmute.

4. Executive Director’s Report ─ Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
5. Continued Public Hearing: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a continued public hearing on the following project, which the Commission is reviewing as a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act (as amended). At this hearing, the Commission may vote and decide on the project, including adoption of a written DRI decision for the project.  Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so. 

Project: AMP Energy Sandwich
Project Applicant:  ASD Cotuit MA Solar LLC
Project Site/Location: 180 Cotuit Rd, Sandwich MA (Assessors Map 13, Parcel 44)  Project Description: Proposed 5.6 +/- megawatt ground-mounted solar
photovoltaic installation on an undeveloped approximate 18 acre parcel of land
