Agenda

1. Call to Order/Attendance Roll Call
2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: 8/27/25 Executive Committee minutes and 8/27/25 Executive Committee Executive Session minutes
3. Executive Session: The Executive Committee will enter into executive session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation in the matter of Evergreen Circle Pickleball DRI#24023, because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the Cape Cod Commission and the chair will so declare with a return to public session.
4. Agenda Item: Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Request: Staff will present, and committee members will discuss, the Cape Cod Commission’s budget request to Barnstable County for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
5. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
