2. Call to Order/Attendance Roll Call
3. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: 8/14/2025
4. Executive Session: The Cape Cod Commission Executive Committee will enter into executive session for purpose one of the Open Meeting Law, Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30A, Section 21, which is to discuss the reputation, character, physical condition or mental health, rather than professional competence, of an individual, or to discuss the discipline or dismissal of, or complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual, or more specifically, to discuss the Open Meeting Law complaints filed by Ronald Beaty dated August 14, 2025 and August 18, 2025 brought against the members of the Cape Cod Commission and its Executive Committee for their meetings held on August 14, 2025, with a return to public session.
5. Executive Director Review: Executive Committee members will discuss an evaluation of the Executive Director of the Cape Cod Commission by reviewing the activities of the Cape Cod Commission, its staff and the Executive Director during the past year and establishing goals for the next calendar year. This is a continuation of a discussion begun at the August 14, 2025 Executive Committee meeting.
6. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
