2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: 3/19/25
3. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
4. Development Agreement Regulations: Cape Cod Commission staff will review added minor clarifying language and Committee members will provide any comments they have to the potential draft amendments to Chapter D of the Cape Cod Commission’s Regulations of General Application, Development Agreement Regulations Governing the Review of Development Agreements which were presented to them at their last meeting. Committee members may vote whether to forward the draft regulations to the full Cape Cod Commission for their consideration.
5. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
