Cape Cod Commission Executive Committee Meeting Agenda
Pursuant to Governor Baker’s Executive Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law dated March 12, 2020, the Cape Cod Commission Executive Committee will hold this meeting by virtual means. Members of the public can join the meeting using one of the following methods:

- Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: March 5, 2020
- Executive Director’s Report ─ Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
- Selection of Cape Cod Commission Officers for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021) – members will discuss whether to appoint a Nominating Committee to select a slate of officers for the next fiscal year (Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary) or whether the existing COVID-19 State of Emergency warrants a vote to recommend that the full Commission temporarily extend the terms of the current officers.
- Executive Session to discuss litigation in the matter of Natalie Pittenger v. Cape Cod Commission, Land Court Civil action Number 20 –MISC- 000128 –Executive Committee will discuss strategy with respect to litigation in the matter of Natalie Pittenger v. Cape Cod Commission because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the chair will so declare without a return to public session.
