- Public Hearing and Discussion/vote: 91 Cable Replacement Project: The Committee on Planning and Regulation will conduct a public hearing, assemble the record and vote its recommendation to the Cape Cod Commission on whether it should approve the following project:
- Project: 91 Cable Replacement Project (CCC File No: 22025)
- Project Applicants: NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource
- Project Location: Town of Falmouth (linear offshore cable, landing at 395 Mill Road)
- Project Description: The Applicant proposes to replace a 25 kilovolt electricity distribution cable from Falmouth to Martha’s Vineyard
- New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
