- Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund Regulations: The Bylaws and Regulations Committee will receive an update from staff of the Martha’s Vineyard Commission on progress to date of Martha’s Vineyard communities advancing wastewater planning. The Committee may discuss the need for potential amendments to the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund regulations to accommodate new member communities.
