3. Presentation by the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust: Clean Water Trust staff will present various models for providing subsidies for water quality improvement projects in municipalities that are members of the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund. Committee members will have an opportunity to discuss and ask questions.
4. Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund Regulations: Committee members will review, discuss, and may potentially vote on draft Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund regulations that describe how the board disburses funds. The draft is available at capecodcommission.org/meetingnotices.
5. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
