AGENDA: Wilkens Campus Development Agreement Subcommittee

Note: The meeting will be held virtually, with members of the subcommittee participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, An Act Relative to Extending Certain Covid-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency.

  2. Approval of prior meeting minutes: May 10, 2022 and June 7, 2022
  3. Public Hearing: Wilkens Development Agreement Modification: The subcommittee will conduct a continued public hearing on the following project and review a draft amended and restated Development Agreement for that project:

Anyone wishing to testify orally to present data, views or arguments on any aspect of the proposed project, including but not limited to the staff drafted Amended and Restated Development Agreement (located at https://cccom.link/wilkens) will be welcome to do so.  Written comments may also be submitted by email prior to the hearing to regulatory@capecodcommission.org.  Project documents may be accessed at www.capecodcommission.org/ccc.

4. Review and discussion of draft development agreement for the Proposed Modification of Wilkens Campus Development Agreement: Subcommittee members will discuss and potentially make findings on the Wilkens Campus Development Agreement Project located at 35 Wilkens Lane, Hyannis, MA 02601 (CCC No. 20056) in accordance with Chapter D of the Cape Cod Commission Regulations of General Application, Development Agreement Regulations, including but not limited to the project’s consistency with the 2018 Regional Policy Plan, the Cape Cod Commission Act, the Town of Barnstable’s Local Comprehensive Plan, and local zoning. The subcommittee will review and discuss a draft amended development agreement (available at https://cccom.link/wilkens) and may vote whether to recommend that the Cape Cod Commission authorize its signature to enter into the amended and restated Wilkens Campus Development Agreement.
