AGENDA: Cape Cod Commission Climate Action Subcommittee

Note: The meeting will be held virtually using the “Zoom” meeting platform, with all members of the Climate Action Subcommittee participating remotely, pursuant to Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law dated March 12, 2020.  The public can join the meeting using one of the following methods:

1. Attendance/ Roll Call
2. Approval of prior subcommittee meeting minutes: December 13, 2020
3. Executive Director Update: Kristy Senatori will provide an update of staff activities related to climate work
4. Climate Ambassador Program: Staff will provide an update on the Climate Ambassador Program, including selection of participants, an overview of the first meeting, and program content
5. Citizen Survey: Staff will review results from the citizen survey conducted by the UMass Donahue Institute on climate change awareness and public interest in mitigation and adaptation solutions to climate change
6. Economic and Fiscal Impact Analysis: Staff will review key findings from the Eastern Research Group’s analysis of the economic and fiscal impact of climate hazards
7. Adjourn
