Note: The meeting will be held virtually using the “Zoom” meeting platform, with all members of the Climate Action Subcommittee participating remotely, pursuant to Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law dated March 12, 2020.  The public can join the meeting using one of the following methods:

1. Attendance/ Roll Call
2. Approval of prior subcommittee meeting minutes: November12, November 18, and November 19, 2020 Draft Climate Action Subcommittee Minutes
3. Executive Director Update: Kristy Senatori will provide an update of staff activities related to climate work
4. Stakeholder Process: Staff will provide an update on the stakeholder process for the development of the climate action plan and feedback received by stakeholders to date. Subcommittee members will have an opportunity to ask questions
5. Performance Measures: Staff will review and discuss draft performance measures to track progress toward reducing greenhouse gas emissions and adapting to the impacts of climate change. Subcommittee members will have an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
6. Economic Impact Analysis: Staff will review the approach to greenhouse gas emissions mitigation scenarios, as well as the details of the economic analyses, that will be completed in order to better understand the economic and fiscal impact of climate change and potential solutions. Subcommittee members will have an opportunity to ask questions
7. Adjourn
