Note: The meeting will be held virtually, with members of the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund Executive Committee participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as further amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025.

2. Review and Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes: 4/13/2026
3. Final 2026 Clean Water Intended Use Plan: Cape Cod Commission staff will review projects included on the Massachusetts 2026 Clean Water Intended Use Plan (“Intended Use Plan”). PFM Financial Advisors will review the impact of potential project subsidies on the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund’s financial model. Executive Committee members may discuss and vote to forward a recommendation for project subsidies to the Cape Cod and Island Water Protection Fund (“Fund”) Management Board.
4. New Member Communities: Cape Cod Commission staff will provide an update on efforts to clarify how new member communities may join the Cape Cod and Island Water Protection Fund and when those communities become eligible for Fund subsidies.
5. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
