2. Review and Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes: 3/2/2026
3. Environmental Bond Bill: The Executive Committee will discuss and may vote to authorize the chair to submit a letter of support for bond authorizations included in Senate bill 3050, An Act to build resilience for Massachusetts communities (the Environmental Bond Bill) to fund the Massachusetts Clean Water State Revolving Fund.
4. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
