AGENDA: Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund Executive Committee

Note: The meeting will be held virtually, with members of the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund Executive Committee participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as further amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025.

AGENDA

  1. Roll Call/Attendance
  2. Review and Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes: 2/24/2025
  3. Project Projections: Cape Cod Commission staff will discuss the wastewater and water quality project costs obtained from Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund (the Fund) member communities, including projected annual costs for calendar years 2026-2030. Executive Committee members will discuss appropriate assumptions for projected project costs to be included in the Fund financial model.
  4. Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund Membership: Staff will provide an update on communications from Dukes County municipalities regarding interest in potentially joining the Fund.
  5. Innovative/Alternative Septic System Financing: Staff will provide an update on communications regarding pathways for innovative/alternative (I/A) septic system financing and the potential for the Fund to provide subsidies to member communities for I/A projects.
  6. Administrative and Technical Support Costs: Staff will present the invoice for administrative and technical support costs incurred from January through June 2025. The Executive Committee may vote to reimburse the Cape Cod Commission for costs  
  7. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
  8. Adjourn
