Note: The meeting will be held virtually with members of the Barnstable County Economic Development Council participating remotely, pursuant to pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025.

- Roll Call/Attendance
- Review and Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes: 12/10/2025
- Election of Officers: Council members will vote to elect a Chair and Vice-Chair for the calendar year 2026.
- Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (“BUILD”) Grant Support Letters: Cape Cod Commission (Commission) staff will provide an overview of two potential BUILD grant applications: one for the Yarmouth Route 28 Corridor Improvement project and one for the Eastham Route 6 Corridor Improvement project. Council members will discuss and may vote to submit letters of support for the applications.
- Local Economic Development Initiatives: Commission staff will provide an introduction to local economic development planning on Cape Cod. Amanda Converse, Economic Development Coordinator for the Town of Orleans, Alisa Magnotta, Chair of the Orleans Economic Development Committee, and Rosalin Acosta, member of the Orleans Economic Development Committee will discuss their work in Orleans, local priorities, and additional support necessary for local economic development planning and initiatives to succeed. Council members will have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss the presentations.
- Member Reports: Council members will report on recent economic development activities they are involved in on Cape Cod related to the Cape Cod Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Action Plan.
- New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
