Note: The meeting will be held virtually with members of the Barnstable County Economic Development Council participating remotely, pursuant to pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025.

AGENDA

1. Roll Call/Attendance
2. Review and Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes: 10/8/2025
3. Transportation Management Association: Staff will provide an update on the effort to establish a Cape Cod Transportation Management Association, a public-private partnership dedicated to improving shared, sustainable transportation options for businesses and employees.
4. Cape Cod Canal Bridges Program: Staff will provide an update on the status of the Cape Cod Canal Bridges Program, a program that will include the eventual replacement of the Bourne and Sagamore bridges, as well as improvements to the approach roadway networks.
5. Member Reports: Council members will report on recent economic development activities they are involved in on Cape Cod related to the Cape Cod Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Action Plan.
6. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
