REGIONAL POLICY PLAN UPDATE
SUB-REGIONAL PUBLIC HEARINGS
Pursuant to Sections 8(h) of the Cape Cod Commission Act and Section 3 of the Chapter C of the Code of Cape Cod Commission Regulations of General Application, a Cape Cod Commission subcommittee will hold four (4) public hearings to obtain public comment on the Draft 2025 Regional Policy Plan. The Regional Policy Plan is intended to present a coherent set of regional planning policies and objectives to guide development throughout Barnstable County and to protect the region’s resources.

- Regional Policy Plan Public Hearing – The Cape Cod Commission Regional Policy Plan subcommittee will conduct a public hearing to obtain public comment on the Draft 2025 Cape Cod Regional Policy Plan. The Regional Policy Plan is intended to present a coherent set of regional planning policies and objectives to guide development throughout Barnstable County and to protect the region’s resources.

All interested persons will have an opportunity to comment orally at the hearing on the draft Plan. Written comments may also be submitted by mail to the Cape Cod Commission, P.O. Box 226, 3225 Main St. Barnstable, MA 02630 or online using the form located at https://capecodcommission.org/2025RPP. As related documents become available, they may be accessed at https://www.capecodcommission.org/rpp-update and will be available for public inspection at the Commission’s office by appointment during normal business hours.
