Available here are PDF versions of the final decision documents for Development of Regional Impact (DRI) projects on which the Cape Cod Commission voted from January 2004 to present.
Note: The files provided here are for public convenience only. The official, signed documents are available at the Cape Cod Commission office (3225 Main Street, Barnstable, MA). If unchallenged, Cape Cod Commission decisions are also recorded and available at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds once the 30-day appeals period has passed.
Also available is a downloadable, searchable Excel spreadsheet with summary data about each DRI that has completed the Commission's full review process. Note that the spreadsheet does not include projects currently in the review queue, nor does it include jurisdictional determination, minor modification, and change-of-use decisions. It also does not reflect proposals that were withdrawn before the reviews were complete.
