The Cape Cod Commission is working with the Town of Sandwich to develop model housing designs for compact development in different, but typical Cape Cod development patterns.
The Town of Sandwich is working toward a vision for the Route 130 Corridor, starting with a focus on South Sandwich. This visioning effort begins with a study of potential forms of housing that would be affordable to future residents of a mixed-use community planned to support economic diversity in Sandwich.
A housing preference survey in support of this project is now live.
