  • Potential approval of the DRAFT minutes of August 19, 2019
  • Public Comment
  • Federal Fiscal Years 2019-2023 Transportation Improvement Program Amendment #4: Cape Cod Commission (Commission) staff will present any public comments on draft Amendment #4 regarding proposed funding for a Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket Steamship Authority East Falmouth Facility, and the MPO may vote to endorse Amendment #4.
  • Cape Cod MPO Memorandum of Understanding Revision: Commission staff will describe, and the MPO may vote to release for public comment, a revised Cape Cod MPO Memorandum of Understanding which would enable additional alternates to the MPO.
  • Federal Fiscal Year 2019 Unified Planning Work Program Administrative Adjustment: Commission staff will describe an Administrative Adjustment to reallocate funding to traffic counting.
  • Mashpee Rotary Study Update:  Commission staff will provide an update on work to date and next steps for the Mashpee Rotary Study.
  • Reports: The Massachusetts Department of Transportation staff will discuss the status of the Transportation Improvement Program projects. Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority and Commission staff will report on recent and upcoming transportation initiatives across Cape Cod.
  • New Business:  Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
