  • Executive Director’s Report - Kristy Senatori
    The Cape Cod Commission Executive Director will report on any recent activities she and/or staff has had regarding the Cape Cod Commission.
  • Development of Regional Impact Review (“DRI”)

Public Hearing (continued by DRI Subcommittee from 7/17/19):

  • Project: True Storage Redevelopment (CCC File No. 19014)
  • Project Site/Location: 170 Clay Pond Road, Bourne, MA 02532 (Map 31.4, Parcel 20)
  • Project Applicant: Clay Pond Acquisitions, LLC
  • Project Description: Proposed redevelopment of the Site for a self-storage facility, including renovation of a portion of an existing commercial building, an addition to an existing commercial building, construction of new commercial structures for self-storage use, and associated Site improvements.
  • Review and approval of DRI subcommittee minutes from July 17, 2019

Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so; written comments may also be submitted at the hearing. The Commission may vote whether to adopt the draft decision recommended by the DRI subcommittee which is available at the website listed above.

  • Cape Cod Commission Local Comprehensive Plan Regulations

The Commission will conduct a public hearing to take testimony on whether to amend the Commission’s Local Comprehensive Plan Regulations.  Commission staff will present the draft regulations, which, along with a staff guidance document and presentation materials, are available at the website listed above. Members of the Commission will potentially vote on whether to amend the Cape Cod Commission Local Comprehensive Plan regulations as presented.

  • New Business:  Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
