Pursuant to Section 7(c) of the Cape Cod Commission’s Chapter A: Enabling Regulations Governing Review of Developments of Regional Impact, as amended, the Committee on Planning & Regulation will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, May 30, 2019, 1:00 p.m., at the Cape Cod Commission offices, Ocean Meeting Room, 3225 Main Street (Route 6A), Barnstable, MA 02630 to consider a request by property owner/applicant Woods Hole Partners LLC for a five (5) year extension of the project’s Development of Regional Impact decision/approval, as amended, to November 13, 2024.
Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so. Written comments may be submitted at the hearing, or delivered or mailed to the Cape Cod Commission, P.O. Box 226, 3225 Main Street, Barnstable, MA 02630.
