Applicant Woods Hole Partners LLC (successor in interest to original permittee Wise Living) has filed a request with the Cape Cod Commission to modify the 2008 Development of Regional Impact decision for the Property which approved a 43-unit independent senior residential development. The Committee will consider the applicant’s modification request, which proposes certain changes to the site and building plans approved under said Development of Regional Impact decision.
