- Project Description: The property is subject to a 2008 Development of regional impacts issued to a previous owner. The project described in that approval was never constructed. As new owners, Woods Hole Partners requests a modification of the DRI decision, pursuant to the DRI Enabling Regulations, Section 13(c)(ii), to allow the proposed redevelopment to be revised. Instead or constructing a single new building containing 43 market-rate units and accessory common facilities, with affordable housing units off-site, Woods Hole Partners proposes to construct on the property 39 market-rate dwelling units in five buildings (three duplex buildings, one 20-unit building, and one 13-unit building. The plan also includes four on-site affordable rental units in two duplex buildings. All of the market rate units will be age-restricted, subject to "HUD Housing for Older Persons" guidelines.
