Call to order 

Potential approval of the DRAFT minutes of May 21, 2018 

Public Comment 

2016 Cape Cod Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) Amendment 1: The Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) establishes long-range vision and goals, identifies major projects, studies, and programs for Cape Cod over the next 25 years. Cape Cod Commission staff will present a potential amendment to the RTP to include information from the July 2018 Air Quality Conformity Determination completed by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation. The July 2018 Air Quality Conformity Determination may be found on the Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization webpage at www.capecodcommission.org/ccmpo/meetingnotices. The Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization members will discuss and may vote whether to release the draft Amendment 1 for a 21-calendar-day public comment period. — Steven Tupper, Cape Cod Commission Transportation Program Manager 

Outer Cape Bicycle & Pedestrian Master Plan Implementation Update: Cape Cod Commission staff will give an update on the proposed preferred alternative for the Cape Cod Rail Trail extension as proposed in the Outer Cape Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. The Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization members will discuss the proposed bike path planning on Cape Cod as described by Cape Cod Commission staff. – Steven Tupper, Cape Cod Commission Transportation Program Manager 

Reports – Massachusetts Department of Transportation: The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) staff will discuss with members the status of the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) projects. The TIP is a recommended list of transportation projects to be advertised and eventually constructed using MassDOT, Federal Highway Administration and/or Federal Transit Administration funding. The Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization members may ask questions and discuss the TIP projects. – MassDOT Staff

Reports – Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority: Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) staff will report on recent and upcoming transportation initiatives involving the CCRTA. – CCRTA Staff 

Reports – Cape Cod Commission: Cape Cod Commission staff will report on recent and upcoming transportation initiative across Cape Cod. — Cape Cod Commission Transportation Program Manager
