The Cape Cod Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. at the Eastham Town Hall, Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA. This project will be heard pursuant to Sections 12 and 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended; Section 2(d)(i) of the Cape Cod Commission Enabling Regulations Governing Review of Developments of Regional Impact, as amended; and the Secretary of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs has issued a Certificate on the Project’s Final Environmental Impact Report under the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA), determining that the project adequately and properly complies with MEPA. This project is being reviewed and considered for Development of Regional Impact approval. This notice is being published as required by Section 5 of the Cape Cod Commission Act.
Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so. Written comments may also be submitted at the hearing, or delivered or mailed to the Cape Cod Commission, P.O. Box 226, 3225 Main Street, Barnstable, MA 02630 for receipt on or before the date of the hearing.
