1. Please provide a project summary. For housing development projects, the summary should include the following:
   
   1. a description of the subject property, its current ownership status, and any predevelopment activities completed to date
   2. the applicant's proposed development plans for the property
   3. whether the project is included as part of the Town's affordable housing plan. If not, describe why not.
   4. indicate any prior experience in the area of affordable housing development
   5. include an outline of anticipated sources of financing, if identified
   6. if applicable, describe any market analysis undertaken to date.

   For strategic planning projects, the summary should include the following:
   

   1. a description of the purpose of the project
   2. expected accomplishments
   3. timeline
   4. how the project will enhance the applicant's capacity to address the affordable needs of their service area
   5. whether the activity is included as part of the Town's affordable housing plan. If not, describe why not.

    

    

    

2. Please describe in detail the specific project activities for which TAP funding is being sought. If a potential consultant is already identified, please include the consultant's credentials (resume, references, etc.). If you have a cost estimate for the activity for which funding is being sought, please include a copy of the estimate.

    

    

    

3. Discuss the expected benefit of this project for the area's very low and low-income populations.

    

    

    

4. Are there state (e.g., MHP, etc.) or local (e.g., housing trust fund, CPA, etc.) resources that could fund this project or activity? Explain why TAP funding is the appropriate source for this request.
