1. Please provide the TAP with a project summary. For housing development projects, the summary should describe the subject property, its current ownership status, and the applicant's proposed development plans for the property. Please indicate any prior experience in the area of affordable housing development. Include an outline of anticipated sources of financing, if identified. If applicable, describe any market analysis undertaken to date. The project summary should also list and briefly describe all predevelopment activities completed to date.

   For zoning implementation projects, the summary should describe the particular bylaw, the proposed use of funds, and the number of units expected to be serviced.

    

    

    

2. Please describe in detail the project activities for which a TAP award is being sought. If a potential consultant is already identified, please include the consultant's credentials (resume, references, etc.).

    

    

    

3. Discuss the expected benefit of this project for the area's very low and low-income populations.

    

    

    

4. Describe how the activity is consistent with the Town's affordable housing action plan. Include a copy of the housing action plan with the application.
